Shipping & Packaging
After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Flipstyles.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.
Payment Information
Only one promotional offer code can be used towards an order. Promotional offer code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.
If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.

How do I know when an item will be restocked online or stocked in stores?
Some pages have an "email me" feature that lets us notify you when your product is back! If the product says "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.
Credit Card Trouble
I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, call or email us for further assistance.
Temporary Returns Policy Due to COVID-19
For product purchases made online were are under a no refund policy due to COVID-19. Refund updates will be emailed to all clients on any updates made in the future.
